Our Classes

This class is designed to combine weight training elements followed by a metabolic conditioning session to help build and maintain lean muscle and increase strength.

Circuit based workouts supporting everyday life by focusing on strength, balance/coordination, power, range of motion, and mobility.

HIIT classes involve short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. Our HIIT circuits are designed to burn calories, increase your metabolic rate, assist with weight loss and strength tone.

This workout will improve flexibility and posture by strengthening abdominals, lower back-muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes.

A class to strengthen the mind and body and revitalizing your whole system. Yoga involves the use of physical and mental movements whilst focusing on one’s breathing. At Live Well Health Clubs, we offer Hatha and Vinyasa flow Yoga classes.

Get your inner Zen connected or work on some great yoga poses to get you strong!

BODYPUMP® is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*

RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session*

LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

This freestyle class involves the use of a stationary bike, done in an indoor setting whilst replicating different levels of intensities involved with outdoor cycling. Let your imagination take you on a fun and stimulating ride.

A high energy packed aerobic Dance style fitness for weight loss, health, and well-being. This class involves pre-choreographed dance fitness movements, which combine cardio, muscle toning, coordination, balance and flexibility.

This class does exactly what it says! It works on building that abs, toning that butt and shaping those thighs! This class involves the use of one’s core and lower body, using both the core and lower body in cooperation within movements.

Various military style drills focusing on strength, fitness, endurance, functional movements. There is no limit to your bootcamp class.

Boxing drills incorporated into a bootcamp class! A great way to increase cardiovascular fitness, tone up, while having fun doing pad work.
