Research shows that if we can visualise our fitness goals then we certainly can achieve them. In fact, we are more likely to progress further on our fitness journey if we have a vision board. 

If you don’t know where to start with your vision board then head to your local newsagent. They have many inspirational magazines available to you. These magazines are filled with powerful quotes and images that can truly help you to focus. When we are focused on our fitness goals, we are more likely to enjoy them. This is because they give us a sense of purpose which is important for our spiritual essence. 

30-minute Workout

If you cannot fit in a full-body workout each day then a 30-minute workout is great. There are many benefits to putting a fitness workout in place for just 30 minutes each day. You can do any of the following:

  • Lower back exercises
