Our classes

Live Well provides an extensive range of group classes for all levels of fitness and includes a diversity of exercises and movements appropriate for each different style of class. Live Well also incorporates a world class Mixed Martial Arts facility, complete with an Octagon for training, sparring and events. The MMA flooring mats are the best in the world and are imported from Germany.

The instructors are highly qualified and provide superior quality TRAINING, GUIDANCE and ENCOURAGEMENT keeping your motivation and energy throughout the sessions and classes at an all time high and full filling level. LIVE WELL MMA

This section of our super gym focuses on fitness as well as self defence. Why not get fit and learn self defence at the same time. Learn a skill that could prove to be life saving. It is better to know and not need it, then to not know and to need it. Most martial arts schools in Australia give you access to classes only. At our health club, along with the quality martial arts instruction, you will get access to a state of the art training facility with countless features..
